As indicated when you purchased the tickets Groups of tickets will receive a bag and each member will receive a ceramic mug.

Sadly, some E-mail Providers, Hotmail, Yahoo, MSN etc are blocking our E-mails to you seeing them as spam. To Resend your confirmation or to just check we have your order go to this link: Check On My Ticket Order and be sure to check your Spam Folder.

Tickets have been posted. You can check if your tickets have been posted by clicking here. If you do not receive your tickets by 21st November please contact us.

Your best option would be to come by Taxi to either Jiggers bank or the Railway direct.

We are sorry to hear this. If you have bought a odd number of tickets you may find you are sat with 2 at one table and 1 across the small alise. This was advised when you purchased tickets and it is highly unlikely we can now change the tickets.
